The Sculpt & Silk Standard
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that life happens; however, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 48 hours: Will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
Same-day cancellations/No-shows: Will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals
To maintain the integrity of our schedule, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service, and your appointment will be treated as a last-minute cancellation.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $[Amount] is required to secure all high-ticket appointments (Microblading/Specialized Skin Therapy). This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
Children & Guests
To maintain our "Silk" environment and for safety reasons related to our equipment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.
Common Inquiries

Yes, we have [dedicated parking / street parking] available directly in front of the studio. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to settle in.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

Absolutely. In fact, we recommend "The Signature Reset," which combines [Skin Treatment] with a [Nail Treatment]. You can select multiple services when booking online.
Microblading FAQ

Microblading is not recommended for those who are pregnant, nursing, diabetic, or undergoing chemotherapy. Please see our [Pre-Appointment Guide] for a full list of contraindications.

We use two types of high-grade topical numbing. Most clients rate the discomfort a 2 out of 10. We prioritize your comfort throughout the entire process.
Skin Therapy FAQ

It is helpful, but not required! We always begin our treatments with a deep, professional double-cleanse.

Some treatments (like peels or extractions) may leave a slight flush for a few hours. We always apply a calming recovery complex before you leave to minimize any irritation.
Nail Spa FAQ

Yes, but please ensure you select "Foreign Removal" when booking so we have the extra 15 minutes required to safely remove previous work without damaging your natural nails.

Our gel treatments typically stay flawless for 2 to 3 weeks depending on your lifestyle. To maximize longevity and protect your natural nail health, we recommend applying cuticle oil nightly and wearing gloves when using cleaning products. If a lift or chip occurs, please avoid peeling it, as this can damage the nail bed—instead, reach out to us for a quick repair.
