The Golden Hour Session
Our "Golden Hour" Body Session is a personalized one-hour long treatment designed to uniqely target your body's needs at the time of the appointment. This may change over different chapters or even seasons of the year. Each session may include a customized combination of Radio Frequency Skin Tightening, Ultrasonic Cavitation Fat Reduction, and Fascia Vacuuming for Cellulite Reduction to help smooth, sculpt, tighten and contour the body!
This is perfect for those seeking non-invasive ways to get closer to their goals and also to help maintain them over time. I'm yours for an hour.

Plan of Attack:
It's recommended to do 2 sessions a week for 4 weeks and then 1 session a week for 2 weeks followed by maintenance sessions as needed. I highly suggest purchasing a package to begin begin you really need that amount of sessions to see the best but also it saves some as well.
Muscle Toning/Building Sessions
An advanced 30-minute muscle sculpting treatment using technology that tones, strenghtens(even great for athletes), enhances definiton, and supports a firmer, more contoured and strong appearance with zero downtime. It's ideal for the abdomen, glutes, thighs, and arms.
A 30-minute session is generally equivalent to 20,000 sit-ups/crunches for the abs or 20,000 squats for the glutes/legs!
Session Options:
Because we're building and sculpting muscle here, this really is custom to how much you'd like to do. For best results - it's suggested to start with 2 sessions for 3-4 weeks and then start scaling back for maintenance and amping it back up when needed.

This is still a spa
Body contouring sounds clinical. It's not - at least not here. You're still in the same clean, calm environment, with the same unhurried approach.

None of this is painful. In fact the fascia vacuuming can feel like little massage and it also provides lymphatic drainage which helps with fluid reduction. The muscle toning can feel a little weird at first but it does not hurt. Your muscles are simply being forced to work without you doing anything. Bring a book or watch an episode of your fav show!

Honestly, it depends. Everyone is different and I'd rather talk it through with you than throw a number out there. Reach out before you book and we'll figure it out together.
In general though, most people start with 4-6 weeks of sessions and then we go from there.

It is encouraged to get in some good body movement for a few days after to help move things along and push fluids and fat out. Also, WATER WATER WATER. Did I mention water?

Most people are a great fit. If you're on the fence, just text me before you book. I'd rather answer your questions first than have you wonder.
There are some contradictions that can prevent us from moving forward such as pregnancy, breast feeding, metal in the body, heart problems etc.

This totally varies person to person. The fascia vacuuming especially (cellulite reduction) is not permanent or people would be millionares doing this :) Cellulite is tricky. Its mainly tangled fascia that we have to iron out time to time. It will get back tangled if not maintenanced. I can explain more through a chat.
The fat reduction can last a long time and really is helped with correct diet and physical activity.
The Skin Tightening lasts a long time as well but will require some maintenance over time as our body stops producing collagen to support us over time.
The muscle toning - what you don't continue to work you lose. Just like regular exercise- you will have to work it and upkeep it and we can do some boost session along the way!

Pre-Appointment and Aftercare

A few things to do before you come in:
Drink plenty of water in the 24-48 hours before your session - hydration makes a real difference in how your body responds to treatment.
Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours before.
Eat a light meal before your appointment - don't come in on an empty stomach.
Let me know about any medical conditions, implants, or medications before we start.
Avoid RF Cavitation if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have metal implants in the treatment area.

Drink at least 2 liters of water for the next 48 hours - your lymphatic system needs it to flush out the broken-down fat cells.
Skip alcohol for 48-72 hours - your liver is already processing the treated cells.
Eat light and avoid high-fat, high-sugar foods for 24-48 hours.
Light movement or a walk helps your lymphatic system do its job.
Avoid heat - saunas, hot baths, and sunbathing - for 24 hours.
Some redness or warmth in the treated area is normal and temporary.

You may feel sore - like you did an intense workout. That's exactly what happened to your muscles.
Stay hydrated and eat enough protein to support muscle recovery.
Light activity is fine, but skip intense workouts for 24-48 hours.
Some muscle fatigue and mild swelling in the area is completely normal for a day or two.

Both treatments are designed to build on themselves - one session is a starting point, not the finish line.
RF Cavitation: most clients see the best results after 3-5 sessions, spaced 1-2 weeks apart, with maintenance sessions every few months.
EMSlim Neo: a series of 4 sessions spaced 2-3 days apart is the standard starting protocol, with maintenance every 3-6 months.
